Terms and Conditions for the Forex Cargo Kwarta @ Kahon - Cash Prize Draw
These terms and conditions apply to the "Forex Cargo Kwarta @ Kahon - Cash Prize Draw" promotion. By participating, customers agree to the following:
1. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025. Any entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
- The promotion is open to all full paying customers who send eligible Forex Cargo boxes during the promotion period.
- Employees and Agents of Forex Cargo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Only boxes with a minimum value of a Regular or Premium box qualify.
- Boxes that have already been discounted are excluded from the promotion.
- Fully paid boxes.
3. How to Enter

For every box you send during the promotion period, you will earn entries into the
raffle:
- Send 1 boxto earn 1 entry.
- Send 2 boxes to earn 3 entries.
- Send 3 boxes to earn 5 entries.
- Send 4 or more boxes and earn 5 additional entries plus 1 entry per box sent.

The number of entries is based on the number of boxes picked up at a single time.
- For example, if you send 4 boxes at the same time, you will receive 9 entries.
- Separate shipments by the same customer will have their entries calculated independently and cannot be combined.
- In order for the sender to claim multiple entries, multiple boxes picked must have the same sender's name on the box and paperwork.
4. Raffle Draw

A total of 4 winners will be randomly selected:
- First Prize: 1 winner will receive $2,000.
- Second Prize: 1 winner will receive $1,000.
- Third Prize: 4 winners will each receive $500
- The winners will be drawn on Friday, May 9, 2025.
- Winners will be notified via contact information provided to Forex Cargo and announced on Forex Cargo’s website.
5. Conditions for Redemption
- Customers must send eligible Forex Cargo boxes within the specified period to qualify.
- Only valid entries that adhere to these rules will be included in the draw.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other offers or discounts.
6. General Conditions
- Entries are void if they fail to meet eligibility requirements or contain false information.
- Forex Cargo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant for tampering or non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
- Forex Cargo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at its discretion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Forex Cargo will not be held responsible for:
- Any issues related to incorrect or incomplete winner contact details provided on shipments.
