Forex Cargo "Padala & Panalo" Raffle Promo – Terms and Conditions
Promo Period:
The promotion runs from June 23, 2025 to July 31, 2025. All eligible entries must be based on transactions completed within this timeframe.
1. Eligibility
The promo is open to all customers who send a Regular or Premium Forex Cargo balikbayan box via Forex Cargo or its authorized agent network during the promo period.
2. How to Enter
- Eligible customers will automatically earn raffle entries based on the following:
- Send 1 box = 1 entry
- Send 2 boxes = 3 entries
- Send 3 boxes = 5 entries
- Send 4 or more boxes = 5 bonus entries + 1 additional entry for each box beyond the third
- (e.g., Send 4 boxes = 9 entries; Send 5 boxes = 10 entries)
3. Prizes
- First Prize: 1 Winner – Round-trip economy airfare to the Philippines via Cebu Pacific (valued up to AUD $1,200) + AUD $500 cash spending money
- Second Prize: 2 Winners – AUD $500 cash each
- Third Prize: 10 Winners – One (1) Forex Cargo box voucher each
4. Winner Selection & Announcement
- Winners will be randomly drawn and announced on August 9, 2025 via the Forex Cargo website and social media platforms.
- Winners will also be notified directly through the contact information provided during their booking.
5. Prize Conditions
- All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to other goods or services.
- Travel prize must be booked within 6 months from the announcement date and is subject to airline availability and terms.
- Forex Cargo reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
6. Verification
- Winners must provide valid identification and proof of shipment to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond to winner notification within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
- By entering the promo, winners agree to the use of their names, photos, and city of residence for promotional purposes by Forex Cargo without additional compensation.
8. General
- Forex Cargo reserves the right to amend or cancel the promo or its terms at any time without prior notice.
